1 General Provisions and Acceptance

Registering with false information will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

General Transaction Rules

• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's account is prohibited.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total ৳18,000

Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses require 25x wagering before withdrawal. The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after expiry.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address are not allowed.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, ak996 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses must be used for genuine gaming purposes only.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

• Conducting transactions in a third party's name or through their account.
• Harassing or behaving abusively toward other members.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors.

ak996 monitors any suspicious activity and reserves the right to take necessary action.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ak996 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violating any clause of these terms.
• Failing identity verification or providing false documents.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

In the event of account closure, if no violation is proven, the balance will be returned. However, in cases of terms violations, the balance may be forfeited.
